What is the return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, please email customerservice@kkxtensions.com with your order number to request a replacement. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and replacements are processed after inspection (please allow 5 business days).
Unauthorized returns of non-damaged items will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense or discarded.
Are any purchases final sale?
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on items received in good condition.
When will I get my order?
Orders ship via UPS (or DHL). Shipping times are in addition to processing times and may take up to 10 days after tracking is issued.
How much does shipping cost?
