Shipping policy

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR ALL LUXE SLEEK AND DESIGN-A UNITS. 

We care about you so much, in order for your package to be released at the time of delivery, is by a person 21+ or older. We know that you don’t look a day over 21, so please kindly have your ID ready for your delivery driver. If you make arrangements for someone else to receive the package on your behalf, UPS requires you write a letter saying that it is okay for the representative to receive it for you. This representative still needs ID at the time of delivery. We will receive a copy of your signature delivery confirmation from UPS, no worries. Your signature is required with EVERY DELIVERY. Please sign legibly for your protection. Items priced under 450 do not require a signature at all. 


Domestic Shipping 

Hello Knotties! We usually ship your packages via UPS. In other cases, DHL. At checkout, you will be able to select the shipping service that best fits your needs. Please keep in mind, shipping times are IN ADDITION to processing times for your order. Please refer to the estimated processing time on the item’s product page. Usually, with standard shipping, these carriers take up to 10 (ten) Days MAXIMUM, from the time you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


WILL CALL

Not going to be home? Going on vacation? Without reason, do you just feel more secure having your package held at UPS? Well, us too knotty hottie! Your unit is bomb, so we don’t blame you! UPS can hold your package(s) for up to five days! Have your package delivered to the UPS customer care center of your choice. A UPS representative will personally give you a call to let you know your KKXTENSIONS order is ready for pickup. USUALLY, packages are available for pick-up by 8:30am on the scheduled delivery date. Please keep in mind, that will call is not available for SATURDAY DELIVERIES. 


SATURDAY DELIVERY

If your order is finished on a Friday after 6:00pm EST, it is NOT ELIGIBLE for Saturday delivery. Saturday Delivery allows your unit to travel through UPS’s carrier network and be delivered on Saturday’s, if needed. Please keep in mind, that will call is not available for SATURDAY DELIVERIES. 


SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LOGISTICS DELAYS

UPS and DHL are the best when it comes to getting your orders to you in a timely manner. Co-vid-19 Pandemic, in-climate weather conditions, natural disasters, employee shortages, etc., are all factors that can delay your shipment. In the case that there is a delay, the best place to get the most current status of your package is is UPS.com using the tracking information you were provided, by us. You may also receive notice from UPS, Shop pay, or through your selected payment provider from your checkout experience. If it has been over 10 days since your order shipped, please allow at least a minimum of 3 (three) days grace period. If you have not received your order after 13 days, please send an e-mail to customerservice@kkxtensions.com
