We know that you don’t look a day over 21, so please kindly have your ID ready for your delivery driver. If you have made arrangements for someone else to receive your package(s) on your behalf, UPS requires you, the addressed receiver, to write a letter stating that it is okay for your named representative (from letter), to receive your order for you. IMPORTANT: Your chosen adult representative is still REQUIRED to have ID. We receive a copy of your/your representative’s signature from UPS. Your signature is required with EVERY DELIVERY. Please sign legibly for your protection. Brazilian Units do not require a signature at all.
Hello Knotties! We usually ship your packages via UPS. In other cases, DHL. At checkout, you will be able to select the shipping service that best fits your needs. Please keep in mind, shipping times are IN ADDITION to processing times for your order. Please refer to the estimated processing time on the item’s product page. Usually, with standard shipping, these carriers can take up to a MAXIMUM of 10 (ten) days to deliver, from the time you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Shipping time and windows are listed under the product's "shipping details" button. UPS shipping windows are as follows:
- UPS Next Day Air Early (Usually 1 Business Day)
- UPS Next Day Air (Usually 1 Business Day)
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (Usually 1 Business Day)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (Usually 1-2 Business Days)

- UPS Ground (Usually 1-5 Business Days)
IMPORTANT: Bundles and custom units (Design-A Units & Luxe Sleek Units) have processing times up to 28 days. Processing times do not include shipping times. Shipping times are in addition to processing times.

Not going to be home? Going on vacation? Without reason, do you just feel more secure having your package held at UPS? Well, us too knotty hottie! Your unit is bomb, so we don’t blame you! UPS can hold your package(s) for up to five days! Have your package delivered to the UPS customer care center of your choice. A UPS representative will personally give you a call to let you know your KKXTENSIONS order is ready for pickup. USUALLY, packages are available for pick-up by 8:30am on the scheduled delivery date. Please keep in mind, that will call is not available for SATURDAY DELIVERIES. In other words, you cannot hold your order for pickup at UPS on a Saturday.
If your order is finished on a Friday after 5:00pm EST, it is NOT ELIGIBLE for Saturday delivery. Saturday Delivery allows your unit to travel through UPS’s carrier network and be delivered on Saturday’s, if needed. Please keep in mind, that will call is not available for SATURDAY DELIVERIES.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY & LOGISTICS DELAYS
UPS and DHL are the best when it comes to getting your orders to you in a timely manner. Co-vid-19 Pandemic, in-climate weather conditions, natural disasters, employee shortages, etc., are all factors that can delay your shipment. In the case that there is a delay, the best place to get the most current status of your package is is UPS.com using the tracking information you were provided, by us. You may also receive notice from UPS, Shop pay, or through your selected payment provider from your checkout experience. If it has been over 10 days since your order shipped, please allow at least a minimum of 3 (three) days grace period. If you have not received your order after 13 days, please send an e-mail to customerservice@kkxtensions.
A) Due to COVID-19, please allow UPS carriers additional two (2) days.
B) Requests for will-call must be made in the note section when placing an order.
C) Overnight orders that are finished on Friday, at 5:00pm EST are NOT eligible for Saturday Delivery. They will be delivered on the following working business day, if isn’t a holiday or state of emergency.
D) Please keep in mind that shipments move on working business days, if not a holiday or Saturday delivery.

UPS’s site “guarantees overnight delivery on business days by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states and by 8:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m.

UPS Next Day Air (Usually 1 Business Day):
UPS ’s site “guarantees on-time delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or end of next business day, depending on destination, with some limitations to Alaska and Hawaii”. They also state, “Optional Saturday Delivery and pickup available”.
UPS Next Day Air Saver (Usually 1 Business Day):
UPS’s site “guarantees on-time delivery to commercial destinations within the 48 contiguous states and select locations in Alaska and Hawaii by 3:00 p.m. or 4:30 p.m. the next business day where UPS Next Day Air® delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m., respectively”. They also state that “Shipments to residential locations within the UPS Next Day Air Saver area are delivered by end of day. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air service is committed by end of day.” Luckily, they mention that there might be “optional Saturday pickup available”. Unfortunately, their site also says that “Saturday Delivery is not available”.
UPS 2nd Day Air (Usually 1-2 Business Days):
UPS’s site “guarantees delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii by the end of the second business day”. They also mention, “optional Saturday Delivery and pickup available”.
UPS 3 Day Select (Usually 1-3 Business Days):
UPS’s site “guarantees delivery by the end of the third business day to the 48 contiguous states”. Also, they state that “Saturday Delivery and pickup available in select areas”.
UPS Ground (Usually 1-5 Business Days):
UPS’s site “guarantees day-definite delivery typically in one to five business days to all 50 states and Puerto Rico”. They also state, “Saturday Delivery and pickup available in select areas”.

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
If your item was lost or stolen during transit, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking and order number. We will contact UPS to open an investigation. If UPS findings are that your item(s) was. indeed lost or stolen, you may qualify for a replacement item.
