Adult signature request is required for all packages.
Shipping is through UPS with Adult Signature Request (I will NOT under any circumstances send a unit without it). If you will not be home, Please contact me directly or send an e-mail to customerservice@kkxtensions.com with your Name, FULL address, contact number & order number. Will-call/hold for pickup will be arranged. Please do so immediately. If you do not, I'm afraid its going to prolong the shipping process. UPS will then attempt to deliver twice before they honor the request for will-call/hold for pickup.
In cases of unforeseen circumstance or delay, please allow UPS two additional working business days (Holidays are not counted, as UPS’s logistics pause).
